Bumble Bee Foods is dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective healthcare to our employees.  We believe good health is essential for employees and good for the company; consequently we continually work with our healthcare providers to provide incentives within our benefit offerings to drive healthy lifestyles and active individual health management.  By reducing the cost of preventative care for employees we strive to prevent and/or reduce the severity of longer term health issues for our employees.  Wellness programs, access to medical information and resources, individualized health management programs for specified diseases, and credits for healthy lifestyle choices are programs the company considers within the design of our benefits offerings each year. We constantly work with our benefits providers to provide services to our employees that shift the attention to prevention and provide financial incentive for smart healthcare management choices.
