ITW has just launched a major review of our Health Care benefits with a goal to build a strategy which will consider the needs of our many and very diverse businesses and employee groups and guide development of appropriate plan design, communication & education tools. We have in place some tools for health care management and consistent with our decentralized operating approach several of our businesses have on their own invested in various approaches to wellness, health risk assessment, etc.  We are an active member of various industry groups such as NAM and the Human Resource Policy Association and have plans to increase our participation in their efforts in this area.
